Q1.How often do LCD Recycling prices change?

Not so often, but prices DO change.

For majority of models, price is usually stable unless a massive dump is made into the market or when new phones come out.

We make sure we e-mail customers on our mailing list every single week with updated LCD recycling prices.

Although pricing does not change every single week, we believe that it is important to keep customers informed of current

pricing at all times.

Our knowledge and influence in this industry counts for a lot and we have noted some interesting trends over time.

Pricing for newer models are most volatile to change so customers should always try to get their LCD's shipped to us as soon

as they can to avoid losing money.

Even if pricing has changed after a shipping label has been issued, the pricing applies for the date of shipping so our customers

are not hurt by a drop.

You can now subscribe to our mailing list by filling out your e-mail in the footer of our website and this will ensure you stay

updated with all price changes at all times.

Q2.How much are you currently paying for LCD Screens?

Our LCD recycling prices are the best in the industry!

Pricing is always up-to-date as our website is regularly maintained and e-mails are sent every week to keep clients informed.

Our standard pricing can be found here: LCD Recycling Prices page

but we do offer volume pricing for customers providing us with large volume on a monthly basis.

PRICING IS IN USA DOLLARS.

Q3.Do you guys make any pre-payments for LCD's?

The simple answer to this question is NO. Since the early days of LCDONE, we have never made any pre-payments to

ANY clients.

We only make payment upon receiving and testing all screens.

Ease of Business We do realize that some customers feel morecomfortable if they are receiving credit up-front for their

screens but there are many complications when it comes to that.

The companies that might be paying a certain % up front will ONLY pay via PayPal because as we all know,

funds paid via PayPal are always chargeback-able.

Our volume is incredibly high and going through the hassle of chargeback’s and disorganized accounting in case of

disagreements does not suit our line of business.

Alternatives What we recommend to first time customers is to try sending us a test package with a smaller than usual quantity.

Not only does this allow customers to get a taste of our process but once they realize how fast and easy we are to deal with,

they almost always become long term customers.

Q4.What payment methods are available for payouts?

The most popular payment methods that we offer include:

Wire Transfer ($1,000 and over ONLY);

Check/Cheque ;

Cash (Walk-in Customers Only)

FYI:

Wire Transfer payments usually take 1-3 business days before funds are available.

Payments over $10,000 are only made via Wire Transfer.

To request a payment method not available on our list, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Q5.How long do you guys take to pay?

Our clients include some of the biggest name in the cellphone industry and we realize that getting paid quickly allows them

to get back to their core business.

Over time, we have simplified our process so that customers can get paid without any barriers or long wait times like other

companies.

We guarantee a testing report within 1-5 days of items arriving at our facility. Our turn-around time is the fastest in the industry,

no doubt.

We accomplish this by having 5-10 trained testing techs on site at all times that ensure no report is ever late.

Once items are tested, they are audited and then the final report is shared with you Rest assured,

you will get paid faster than you think.

Q9.How should I pack my LCD's?

Packing your LCD's correctly can easily earn you a 10-20% extra yield on your LCD's. It really does make the difference.

Please follow out suggested guideline for packing and shipping broken LCD screens which can be found HERE.

Aim to not go over 400 LCD's in a single box. Pack each LCD in an individual bubble bag sleeve if you can.

Ensure that the box is not shaking at all and is sturdy.

Q10.How to quality for a FREE Shipping Label?

Testing

Q11.Do you guys ship back Defective LCD's?

We keep all defectives in case customers want them back.

In case of any disagreement, your LCD's are available and ready to be shipped back to you.

All LCD's marked as defective are kept for 7 days after testing.

It is helpful if you state that you will be requiring defective LCD's back when shipping your order to us.

This only helps expedite the process.

For the return of defective screens , LCDONE does not cover the postage or arrange for shipping in any circumstances.

Q12.Do you guys take LCD's with dead pixels?

No. We do not accept any form of BAD/DEFECTIVE LCD. This includes LCD's with white spots or dead pixels.

We specialize in refurbishing broken-glass LCD's and any LCD that is defective or even has a dead pixel is rejected by our

company.

Our quality control department is very strict.

We do not wish to supply low quality LCD's to our customers and therefore refuse all LCD's that might show defects.

Q13.How do you guys test LCD Screens?

We only test our LCD's using PHONES.

Phones are opened and attached to LCD connector cables to be created into testing devices.

Say NO to companies that use testing boxes that are available online.

1. These boxes are unreliable as they provide inaccurate results.

These boxes can easily fail 10-30% of screens that are completely working.

2. Your LCD came off of a phone and is going to be used on a phone so it is best practice to test using a phone.
